Laser Dentistry

At The Super Dentists, laser dentistry is used for a variety of procedures for patients of all ages. In our pediatric dental practice, laser dentistry for children has become widely used by The Super Dentists.

Some of the more common uses of laser dentistry include: laser teeth whitening, frenectomies (freeing the muscular attachment connecting the upper lip to the gums, or the tongue to the floor of mouth), correcting tongue-tie (when tongue movement is restricted tongue), gingival recontouring to improve “gummy smiles,” laser gum treatment such as for gum inflammation and healing mouth ulcers including canker sores.

Laser teeth whitening has become a popular way to brighten smiles. The Super Dentists provide two laser teeth whitening options ezlase and LaserSmile. The laser is used as a heat source along with a whitening agent to whiten teeth in a fraction of the time of other teeth whitening methods.
